Mike is a 20 year fitness entrepreneur with one of the most detailed accreditation bios in the industry.

Mike has been coaching and playing for 35 years and is one of the most accomplished ]baseball players in nl history. Many championships, individual awards and his love of the game is unparalleled
Mike possesses a BA, MeD, Naturopath designation and is certified in nutrition, high performance training and sport protocols from NASM.
